I n t r o d u c t i o n : We are selling in the town of Puntarenas (120 thousand inhabitants) in República de Costa Rica, a property of 3900 m2 (0.966 acres), 20 m from the sea, with a house of 162 m2 (193 sq. yards) and 2 small houses on roadside, kiosk type of 20 m2 each. The property lies between 4 hotels near the end of the peninsula with view to the gulf of Nicoya and its isles.
